Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter, Basic and Pro all come with a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. It uses the exact same client-side encryption as a paid subscription; your files are encrypted on your device before they reach us, on day one of the trial just like every day after.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly or annually with no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the paid period ends. Your files stay encrypted and downloadable while you decide what to do next.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted automatically. If you end up over your new plan’s storage limit you simply can’t upload more until you’re back under it, but everything already stored stays encrypted and downloadable.
How does storage scale beyond a plan?
Add terabytes at €10.99 each, auto-calculated up to 99 TB self-serve. Past 99 TB we give you a custom quote — never an "unlimited" promise we can’t put a number on, just real capacity at a real price.
Monthly or annual — what’s the difference?
Annual bills the equivalent of ten months instead of twelve, so you save two months a year. The features are identical either way; annual just costs less.
