Export your data
Your data is yours. The CLI downloads and decrypts files on your device, so you can take them anywhere.
One file or one folder
Section titled “One file or one folder”bb pull report.pdfbb pull Photos --zip--zip downloads a whole folder as a zip archive. Without -f/--force, bb pull never replaces an existing file. Use -o <path> to choose where it goes.
A folder you keep in step
Section titled “A folder you keep in step”bb sync ./vault-copy /Documents --once--once syncs and exits. Add --dry-run first to see what would change. Without --once, bb sync keeps watching.
Trashed files
Section titled “Trashed files”bb trash list shows what is in the trash and bb restore <name|id> brings it back. bb trash empty and bb rm --permanent are irreversible.
There is no bb export
Section titled “There is no bb export”bb 0.14.0 has no bb export command: it is rejected as an unrecognized subcommand. Use bb pull and bb sync as above.
